Rule 1: Contractual relationship

* Every booking you make is made directly with MC-tenerife. 

* MC-tenerife owns and operates the platform. 

Rule no. 2: Booking conditions

Once you have booked your accommodation, we will send you a booking confirmation by email with details and payment information.

In order for the booking to be valid, it is necessary to pay a 30% deposit within 48 hours of receiving the booking confirmation email.

The reservation is considered valid by MC Tenerife once the booking confirmation e-mail has been sent by the establishment and, in any case, not before.

The remainder of the stay (70% of the total amount) must be paid one month before arrival.

It is important to send your proof of payment by email or whatsapp.

Check-in on arrival at the accommodation will take place between 3pm and 10pm, after 10pm there will be an additional charge of 25 eur to be paid in cash on the day of arrival.

It is important to provide us with your flight details (arrival number and time). A telephone number will be given to you so that we can contact you when you leave the airport for your accommodation to specify the check-in time and handover of the keys.

A deposit of 250 eur will be requested 1 week before your arrival or on the day of arrival, and will be returned in the week of departure depending on working days.

Rule no. 3: Terms of payment

30% of the total amount to be paid within 48 hours of receipt of the booking confirmation e-mail.

The balance to be paid 1 month before departure.

Rule 4: Cancellation policy

Modification or cancellation of the reservation by the customer will incur the following charges: 

-A deposit of 30% of the total cost of the stay once the booking has been made, if the booking is cancelled or modified by the customer more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date.

-100% of the stay, if the customer cancels or modifies the reservation less than 30 days before arrival.

-100% of the stay if the customer does not show up. 

In the event of circumstances beyond the customer's control or due to a major cause, MC Tenerife will assess whether a refund is possible by presenting proof or an official document justifying the cancellation.

Remember to take out cancellation insurance.

Changes to bookings (change of arrival or departure date) will be subject to the availability of the establishment for the change proposed by the customer.

If the customer leaves the establishment before the planned departure date, he/she will not be entitled to a refund of the amount corresponding to the remaining days of the stay. 

Under no circumstances will it be accepted to save money for future bookings due to a change or cancellation of the booking.

Rules of the establishment

Any of the above circumstances will be deemed to constitute a cancellation of the guest's booking and will release the establishment from any obligation to refund any sums relating to the booking.

The guest undertakes to leave the property (including all furniture and equipment) in the same condition in which they found it.

Any damage, deterioration or misuse of furniture, objects or decoration will be charged to the deposit provided.

The property can only be occupied by the people listed on the booking.

If you wish to include additional people, please contact us. The extra cost involved must be anticipated.

No commercial activity is permitted within the property.
